LCHF berry bliss bombs 

Super easy and quick to make these lchf Berry Bliss Bombs are excellent go to snack that just about anyone can make!


1 cup berries (I used frozen raspberries)

1/2 cup cream

1. Place the cream and berries in a medium sized bowl or jug

2. Using a hand mixer mix the cream and berries until it forms a soft pink paste that looks like yoghurt. Taste the mixture to see if it is sweet enough. You could add a little Stevia if you like them sweeter.

3. Pour the mixture into small moulds or Patty cases

4. Freeze for approximately 2 hours or until set

One recipe makes plenty of small treats so they are great to make ahead and keep in the freezer.
The only ingredients in these bombs are cream and berries making an excellent low carb natural treat. If you are a diabetic like me you won’t need to have insulin for this snack!
