Low Carb Strawberries and Cream Donuts! πŸ©πŸ’•πŸ‘Œ

In honour of national donut day yesterday…. I present to you: Low Carb Strawberries and Cream Donuts! πŸ©πŸ’•πŸ‘Œ 
Makes 4 donuts (yes there are only 3 in the pic, i couldn’t stop myself πŸ˜‹πŸ˜)

Ingredients 

2/3 cup protein muffin mix 

2 eggs 

100ml milk 

50g frozen berries, thawed 

1 tbsp Stevia
Icing 

50g cream cheese, softened 

50ml cream 

1tbsp raspberry liquid 

1 tbsp Stevia 

Preheat oven to 160* fan forced 

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. 

2. Pour into donut moulds 

3. Bake at 160*c until golden and a skewer comes out clean 

4. Allow to cool in tray. Meanwhile make the icing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl. 

5. When donuts are cool, ice them with the raspberry icing. Optional: Sprinkle with magic (aka T2 strawberries and cream tea).
