Super easy and quick to whip up, these puddings are great for a quick meal or grab-and-go snack.
I like to make some on the weekend and pop in the fridge to get me ahead for the busy work week.
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
2 tbsp protein powder (I used Happyway Vanilla and it is amazing!!)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses/bowls
2. Leave to set in fridge for at least 20minutes or more
