Low Carb Strawberry thickshake πŸ“

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used @happywayau vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (I used @nudiefoods πŸ‰ and πŸ“ flavour)

Method

Process all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
